Rothschild & Co appoints Lucy Baldwin as Global Head of Equities

Rothschild & Co today announced the appointment of Lucy Baldwin as Global Head of Equities, supporting the continued expansion of the firm’s Global Markets Solutions (GMS) platform and its institutional equities franchise.

Lucy will lead Rothschild & Co’s Global Equities Business, encompassing Sales and Trading, Research and Corporate Access. She will focus on advancing the firm’s differentiated institutional equities platform as it continues to scale globally, building on its strong foundations and client offering across public markets. She will also help further strengthen connectivity between the firm’s advisory, capital markets and institutional investor franchises.

Lucy joins from Citi, where she has held senior leadership roles spanning global research and markets platforms. She previously served as Global Head of Equity Sales at Credit Suisse and Head of European Equity Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and earlier in her career held senior equity research roles at Goldman Sachs. She began her career as an equity research analyst at Cazenove.
