David Baron is a Partner and Head of Technology at Rothschild & Co. He has 26 years of technology M&A experience. David established the R&Co US Technology practice in 2013 and has completed 75+ deals representing $125bn+ in aggregate value.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2013, David was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers / Barclays. David holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and English from Rutgers College.
