Stephen Llewellyn

Stephen Llewellyn is a Managing Director in Global Debt Advisory at Rothschild & Co in London. He has 30 years of investment banking, private equity and industry experience. His focus at Rothschild & Co is leveraged finance and he is responsible for leading our Leveraged Capital Markets business across EMEA. 

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2011, he was at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Managing Director in leveraged loans and debt capital markets, at Callahan Associates private equity and at Salomon Smith Barney Investment Banking. Stephen holds a LLB (Hons) in Law from Nottingham University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is also a qualified Solicitor.
