Benjamin Fang

Benjamin Fang is a Managing Director and Head of Restructuring at Rothschild & Co in Asia. He has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in Hong Kong in 2019, Ben worked at Moelis & Company based in Hong Kong for over 9 years, primarily focused on the restructurings of distressed “offshore” Asian credit and cross border M&A.

Prior to joining Moelis, Ben worked at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and Singapore doing primarily capital markets M&A in the financial services sector. Ben received his MBA with Honours from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
