In 2023 we created our first ever Career Relaunch Programme which is dedicated to supporting individuals who are seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. We believe in the importance of our Career Relaunch Programme for different reasons:

Who is the programme aimed at?

The programme is aimed at Financial Services/Banking professionals, looking to make a return to work after a career break of 18 months or more.

What is the application process?
  1. Apply for the programme via our careers site.
  2. Applications will be assessed and if you are selected for interview you will be contacted by the Lateral Recruitment Team.
  3. The interviews will be over two stages, face to face, and you’ll receive an outcome shortly after.
When can I apply?

Our programme applications will be between the months of May and June with interviews taking place in June and July.

When does the programme start?

The programme will start in October 2024.

Can I apply for more than one role?

You can apply for multiple roles.

How long does the programme last?

The duration of the programme will be six to nine months.
