Managing Partner

As at 31 December 2017 and the date of the present report, Rothschild & Co Gestion is the Managing

Partner (

) of Rothschild & Co, responsible for the overall management of the Company, the

Group’s lead holding company.

This includes, among other things, establishing the strategic direction of the business, supervising the

accounting and financial information, and directing the internal control framework for Rothschild & Co

and the Group entities on a consolidated basis.
