1.3.3 Shareholders’ advisory vote on compensation

In accordance with the recommendations of the Article 26 of the Afep-Medef, compensation paid or due for the nine months ended 31 December 2017

to Rothschild & Co Gestion SAS, as Managing Partner of Rothschild & Co, and Mr. David de Rothschild, as the Chairman and sole legal representative of

Rothschild & Co Gestion SAS, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the shareholders’ advisory vote at the next General Meeting

of shareholders on 17 May 2018.
